Labor and Industrial Relations

An act to amend Chapter 1 of Title 34 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general provisions of labor and industrial relations, so as to provide for victims of domestic violence or sexual assault to take time off from work without being subjected to termination or other adverse employment action; to provide for certain prerequisites and procedures for taking such time off; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
